What we provide

In all our chalet-hotels we have a professional chef that will prepare afternoon tea and your evening meal. We provide training to all our chefs on the Ski Miquel menu, which is curated each year to provide you with a wholesome range of bistro-style food that varies each day, taking inspiration from around the world and, in particular, the Alpine region in which our chalet-hotels are located.

Breakfast

We serve a buffet breakfast, which features:

  • A range of cereals
  • Granola 
  • Nuts & seeds
  • A range of mini pastries
  • Ham & cheese
  • Fruit
  • Yoghurt & compote

Plus a hot option each day, which varies by day for the options below:

  • Baked beans
  • Porridge
  • Pancakes / crêpes
  • Eggs - boiled, fried, poached
  • Sausages

Afternoon Tea

At 4:30pm each day in the bar, we serve a cake and biscuits, with tea and coffee. This is perfectly timed to tell a few tales from the day, which naturally grow taller during happy hour that runs in our bars from 5pm - 6pm each day.

We do, of course, look forward to hearing them all!

Canapés 

At 7pm in the bar, we get you warmed up for dinner with a range of canapés, lovingly prepared by our professional chefs.

Dinner

For dinner, we serve a bistro-style meal, with starter, main course and dessert. We strive to balance the meals across a range of foods and styles to keep your palate interested throughout the week.

The menu will be on display in the morning to assist with your lunch selection. Dinner is served on 6 nights, with the chalet-hotel team taking one night off during the week.

Cheese

To finish your meal, we provide a range of cheeses, which are influenced by the local region.

You can also choose to go for an optional glass of port to accompany your cheese plate for a mere 3€.

Dietary Requirements

At Ski Miquel, we strive to accommodate your dietary requirements, keeping in store alteratives for the most common allergies and preferences. We do request that you inform us beforehand, so that we can be prepared and confirm we can meet your requirements. This is particularly important for severe allergies, as our chalet-hotels don't have a separate preparation area.

Wine

Here at Ski Miquel, we provide wine included as part of your package holiday, and carafes will be placed on the table each evening for you to help yourself to. A choice of red, white and rosé is provided. We do remove the carafes when the cheese course arrives, and we ask politely that you don't take your wine glass through to the bar.

Should you want something a little extra with regard to wine, then we also offer a full range of upgrade options.
